Delivery

When will I get my order?

As a small independant clothing company, each item is made to order to help keep overhead costs down and allow me to have competitive pricing. It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order before shipping. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at:
  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 5-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • All other locations: 15-25 business days
Where will my order ship from?
I am working with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Orders from the US will be printed and shipped from the nearest US facility. Orders from outside of the US will be fulfilled from the nearest facility to your location.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our controll and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Some order and fulfillment times may be delayed due to ongoing global supply chain shortages. If you feel your item should have arrived and hasn't please check the following first
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your postal carrier if they have any packages for you
If the shipping address was correct and the package is not at your post office, feel free to get in touch with us at [email protected]. Please include your order number so we can best look up the status of your order.


Orders

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most effectively.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

Where is my confirmation or shipping email?
Order confirmation emails are sent once you complete your purchase. If you did not receive one, please check your spam folder first. If you are still missing one, reach out to [email protected] and we will get it resent to you.
Shipping emails are sent after your order has been printed or embroidered by our partner, usually 3-7 days after your order is made.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I'm sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks' time with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the wrong or damaged item
  • Any other details you can provide
We will get back to you with next steps as soon as possible. Please do not return the item without contacting us first so we can best work with our fulfillment partner on getting the fixed merchandise to you.


Returns

What's your return policy?
Since each item is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. Please see above for the information we need to being resolving your issue.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit best, please check the sizing charts - we have included them for every item on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photo of the mislabeled item, and we'll either send you a new one or issue a refund.
